Refund and Returns Policy

I accept returns or exchanges if contacted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back to me and tracking provided within 7 days of original delivery.
I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any questions about your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Earrings 
  • Items on sale
  • Items purchased with a discount or coupon code
Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
